Burials and Boneys: Born to Rune.

Untold riches and hoards of precious artefacts are still occulted away awaiting discovery deep beneath the Burials.

To unearth and claim them for yourself you will need to set a Boney that you own to work, digging inside a Burial that is also in your possession. Each Boney and Burial has a mining multiplier based upon their rarity. 
By pairing them up you combine this to find your total rune mining BOOST. 

Once you decide on your pairings you can inscribe special recursive mining inscriptions that will keep track on-chain of the total runes mined by that pair until you decide to claim them.

Choose wisely though - once your Boney and Burial are paired up they cannot be used to mine again until you have burned this on-chain miner and claimed their Runes...
To maximize the mining efficiency of your miner you are highly encouraged to pair up a Boney with the precise Burial that it emerged from (check that metadata and the explorers!) as then your combined mining multiplier BOOST will be DOUBLED!

ALL Burial miners that were already inscribed and active before the Halving occurs at block 840,000 will get extra runes to celebrate the occasion.

In addition to the global Halving bonus a select few Boneys are teeming with unbridled yet secret powers and therefore if paired and active when the Halving block comes will get a hefty extra allocation of Runes - it's up to you to find them.

The base mining rate per block produced while your pairs are active is set at 5 Runes multiplied by your pairs mining BOOST.

A word of warning to the intrepid miners, if you sell the Burial/Boney pair(or part of it) powering your mining operation before you claim the runes you will forfeit the right to claim the runes they are mining. Claiming will be live after the halving.
You are free to delve deep and mine untold riches but beware greed as parting with your workforce(Boneys) or mining spot(Burials) too soon has consequences.

Once your Boney or Burial has been paired up, you cannot create further Miners powered by them until the on-chain mining pair they are already involved in has been burned and the mined Runes claimed. Once that has happened, you are free to put your Boney and Burial to work in a different pairing!

The actual Rune protocol is due to go live at the halving (block 840,000).

With the Bitcoin Burial PreRune Mining project you can start collecting Runes before the protocol even goes live so that you are ready to claim them immediately upon release!
The process to claim your Runes will involve burning the miner created by pairing up your Burial and your Boney and receiving the Runes they have collected to date. There will be a simple interface on the https://bitcoinburials.com website to achieve this.

Burial Miners will be able to mine until block 890,000 - approximately one year from the genesis tx of this inscription.
