RULES:

R center distributes 50% RuneRock for fair launch and 50% for presale. 
RuneRock holders have three options:
	(1) Mine runes 'R', 
	(2) Sell RuneRock on DEX
	(3) Hold onto their tokens.
Once you possess RuneRock tokens, you enter the R Circuit automatically. In the Circuit, holders receive automatic allocations of runes 'R' with every Ethereum block. This process continues until the supply of runes 'R' is fully distributed.
'R' allocations base on the amount of RuneRock. (more RuneRock = more runes).  No limit on the number of RuneRock per address.

RUNES 'R' ALLOCATION TYPES & DISTRIBUTION:
	1. Ordinary ( 60% of fully diluted runes R supply) : Ordinary reward is 2.1 runes 'R' per block per 1000 RuneRock.
	2. Random  (25% of fully diluted runes R supply) : Random reward is in the range 1- 21 runes 'R' per block per 1000 RuneRock.
	3. Halving  (15% of fully diluted runes R supply) : Halving allocation will be made after the block 840,000 on bitcoin. After the block 840,000 each block will have the 2.1 runes 'R' per block per 1000 RuneRock additional.
